    I have them because they're a byproduct of sleep paralysis.

    You find yourself right on the cusp of wakefulness, and then either let your mind go on fast forward until you fully wake, or try to direct the dream. It's best described as having to be consciously committed to your own unconsciousness.

    This happens to me several times a month, and to be honest I fucking hate them. I'd rather just sleep.

    If you are interested in triggering them, try making a tea out of Morning Glory seeds. That said, I don't know why would anybody want to experience then.
