did the Spanish flu of 1920 make the slightest impact on human population growth? or did it truly threaten our species in any way? looking at it this chart it doesn't appear that way to me:

    • there was no dip during the world wars? all the deaths in Russia and China from famine?_niko
    • You get the 65 mil. number in the video bellow, the one with Bill Gates.
So after the WW1 - about 1.7 bil. ppl in the world - so no, not an impact.

    • Only "dip" in growth of population was the Black Plague. More https://en.wikipedia…
      ********
    • Today, if we lose 70 mil. to this virus it will be around 1% drop. Scary enough tho'
      ********
    • Exponential growth. Just like the virus. Neither sustainable.shapesalad
    • something mammals, some danger or threat, number with percentage, the words reproduction and growth.
      ********
    • Again, it's just old people who diedrgs
    • The Spanish Flu killed Egon Schiele and his wife, that's shitty enough for me. First wave killed the old, second the young.PhanLo
