    My sleep patterns get worse and worse. Up until recently I went super early to bed at like 9pm or 9:30pm but now it‘s often already at 8:30pm. Then I wake up at 4am and don‘t have anything to do before i go to work so i lay in bed for another 2 hours trying to sleep some more. And still feel like crap and as if i hadn‘t had enough sleep.

    It seems psychologically better to go to bed at like 10-11pm and wake up 6am as then it seems like you got more sleep than waking up at 4 or 4:30am despite same or more hours of sleep.

    • Sounds like you're getting a solid 7 hours sleep a night. I'm envious. If you can, just get up and do shit when you know you'd otherwise stare at the ceiling.Nairn
