Ugh. The center diagnosing and treating cases in nyc is a small handful of blocks from me. My 2 year old has a fever and chest congestion.

    • Stay safe!
BTW, the virus hasn't been reported to be attacking kids, so that's comforting for mow.

    • There's a 9 year old in France.deadsperm
    • It can literally infect anyone. Age isn’t a variable, except that young bodies fight better and tend it to die over it.monospaced

    • I hope that your son is okay!utopian
    • yes, of course better exercise extra caution!Krassy
    • Young people survive as their immune systems have less of a reaction. Older people have had more exposure to various viruses, it’s their own immune system...shapesalad
    • ... over reacting and making things worse and leading to death. It’s also why a secondary infection is a killer.shapesalad
