Came down with the flu and after 2 days laid up sleeping 14+ hours a day I impulsively clean shaved off my 1.5-year growth beard today b/c I was tired of dealing with it. I now regret making that decision as I look like an alien manchild turtle with no chin and I don't recognize myself - the wife is wondering who this strange person is yelling in the house and the cat doesn't trust me yet.
I've had a mustache & goatee variation for 10+ years, full beard on and off for years now, haven't seen my clean-shaven self in 20+ years. I fucked up in a moment of fogginess and just buzzed that shit off, time to start new again...ugh

- I feel your pain. A few years back I broke my hand, and after a few days of not being able to work, I shaved my face out of sheer boredom.garbage
- Then looked at myself in the mirror and thought "Who the fuck are you, and what did you do with my beard?" Bought a trackball mouse. It will grow back.garbage
- Don't let hair on your face define you.robthelad
- Never hurts to start fresh once in a while!spl33nidoru
- I'm a 10+ year beard man, and I often shave after a flu/cold. It feels like I'm clearing away the old germs. Which is ridiculous.nb
- Grows back fast don't worry about itnb
- You are NOT your hair @whatthefunk...
...THAT being said, done it myself and regretted immediately. Hide that baby face.ideaist - PICS OR GTFONairn
