  Why limit ourselves to perpetual motion or off-planet diamond mining? I mean, Geniuses should be able to come up with some really really good ideas, right?

  So lets all get together to hire some geniuses and see what kind of cool shit they come up with. Free-range geniuses with unlimited funding! We just need 1 million millionaires to donate 1 million dollars each and probably solve all the worlds problems. Of course, if I invested that Trillion dollars in the market we could generate an income stream that could potentially fund a whole bunch of geniuses forever. A sort of perpetual money machine to save the planet!
