  • It's kind of an abysmal state. How are you with cashew cheese?garbage
  • I think I had it once but it wasn't a convincing mozzarella. Thankfully goat cheddar and such are becoming more accessible.i_monk
  • I gave up on fake cheeses tbh. There are good fake milks, but the texture isn't there for the cheeses.garbage
