It is absolutely a class issue, not really race. There's an 11 year old girl, Tabatha Tudor, who has been missing for over a year. Have you heard of her? I seriously doubt it.
The police refused to even issue an Amber Alert for a very long time because the family is poor and they just assumed she most likely ran away. Today they have no clues, no nothing and the reward $$ is a whopping 20 grand. Very sad...and I'm sure there are many more girls just like her that we'll never hear about.
