    ZohoOne is the best I've tested and what we use. It's a phenomenal deal. $30/month per employee for EVERYTHING - the CRM, Email Campaigns, Social, Project Management and a billion other integrated softwares.

    I'll be the first in line if they ever go public, a billion times better than Salesforce (imho) and a tiny fraction of the cost.

    • Emails are all saved within the profiles and phone calls are recorded in the profiles via RingCentral integration (yes, legal here)formed
    • We're using Zoho servies for almost 3 years now, with 1.5k/month with all the extra services isn't bad for 30ppl.sted
    • Zoho is good, I've used that too. Once configured SuiteCRM does everything Zoho does without the perpetual fees. I'd opt to keep the $18k / year but that's me.spot13
    • The beauty of Zoho is all the other services that can be integrated. I've not seen any others come close and certainly not competing on price.formed
