I've had good results with 200mg CBD gummies about an hour before bed time. Important to note that these don't provide good results for me if mixed with alcohol. But I sleep soundly through the night which in turn makes me feel more ready to deal with whatever is thrown at me the next day.
And as for driving anxiety, I think I've experienced it but it's mostly after a shit night of sleep and I'm frayed in general. Now I just stay out of the fast lane and try to not to feel the pressure of other drivers. My commute is all highways, and people are fucking nuts especially in the evening commute.
