Met with a recruiter yesterday at The SoHo house. Not sure if anything will come of it but her company is expanding back into NYC and she's hungry so that's a good sign.
We had never met before. She described herself as "all in black. with a ponytail." To which I replied, "silver glasses. aging hipster."
Anyway, I still miss Pastis and Florent. The Meatpacking District used to be proper scrappy. Aging. Hipster.
- The Meat Packing District hasn't been very scrappy for about 15 years or so. And sadly, Tortilla Flats closed about 6 months ago.CyBrainX
