A few years ago Australian government banned aboriginals from buying alcohol and chemical solvents, even denatured alcohol, so the aboriginals started sniffing gasoline. Whole communities almost died out
As a result in areas where there are aboriginals, anyone is banned from buying regular gasoline. Instead there is a special type of gasoline with additives for aboriginals
