    I think I'm done with squats and deadlifts in the gym. Only machines from now on.

    • deadlifts are fun and all but they're not good for your health =) this from a guy who reps 400+. It's wise to abandon them, but just about everything elsezarkonite
    • is good if done right. Use freeweights, you'll never think about a machine again... they're too restricted, you create a lot of unbalances if that's all you do.zarkonite
    • after a long break, i visited the gym and did some good flexing. after that i had some pain in both knees - meniscus for two weeks. that sucks!api
