Listen you little dildos. The position for no money automatically conjurs up kids still in school... whether it be high school or college. So if youre bitching about money - go off and make the money from the clients youve got and ignore the job with no pay post. This is the biggest issue i have with the people that post here... have you ever heard of internships? Shit - any seasoned pro would tell you that thats the most important thing to have under your belt when you get out of school - a portfolio of real world experience. Main thing a newbie (2-3 years starting out) will get froma thing like this is 1. real true deadline experience 2. knowledge of print 3. layout, aesthetic, color theory, etc experience by working with a creative lead that gets it 4. recognition if youre the shit 5. contacts ... and the list goes on. Some of you guys can be such fags about the design world. You think just cause you have design programs, a site, and the ability to mimick styles dictates a good salary... grow the fuck up and do a little boot camp. This obviously doesnt apply to people who rant with 5+ years experience working professionally. This applies to whiney ass bitches w/o an understanding of process across the board.
So in the end... Atomica - is going to do just fine the way they operate and are not going to hurt the design community. If anything they may find a kid off the street who in 5 years will be making a decent salary with a name attached to some good solid work.
