    I feel like there's so much Health stuff to keep up with, I can't keep up.

    Vitamin E oils in my cabinet
    Vitamin D
    Cod liver
    Black seed oil
    Hair oil
    Beard oil... keeping things hydrated
    Good skin lotion (don't forget elbows), and serum
    Masks
    Take care of my feet
    8hrs sleep
    Running,
    Gym,
    Glute exercises
    Crossfit!

    Eating a better
    Though ice cream + coffee nemesis.

    Getting healthy, leaner than ever but all this crap to remember TO DO. How do you health nuts keep it all together. I skip things all the time.

    One good thing, my $100 fitbit charger 2 was all that I needed, sent back my $600+ Apple Watch 4
