trying to establish a 5am workout routine is rather difficult.
- not really. i did my 5:30 by starting with waking up. the first week was get awake and stay awake. 2nd week on, go to gymimbecile

- Give it two weeks. I get up at 4:45am to get to they gym at 5am. I automatically wake up at that time now. Harder when it's cold and dark out though.Melanie
