    No artificial sugar for the past week, drinking only water.

    5:30 - 6:00 Strawberry / blueberry / almond milk / protein powder shake
    6:00-7:00 - Gym (Swim)
    7:30 - 8:00 - 2-3 egg omelet w/ ham, pepper, rosemary
    9:00 - Work begins
    3:00 - 4:00 - Lunch - Grilled pork
    5:00 - Work ends
    7:00 - Salad
    10:00 - 11:00 Bed

    Somehow, a lack of sugar and alcohol has uncovered an additional 2-3 hours in my day that I was not utilizing. Exhausted and loving it.
