sooo we are thinking of moving out of state.
It’s about savings and retirement for us.
SoCal is slowly killing us in soo many ways.
Looking at suburbs of Nashville, TN.I’m excited. :)

- We can buy a 4 bdr home for $250k in a very nice area. Here it’s $550k in an ok area. Rent is $900 per month compared to $3000.HijoDMaite
