Bucking the trend slightly, I've recently started to reverse a sign of ageing.

I smoked 20-ish cigarettes a day for twenty years. Gave up properly 18 months ago. When I smoked, I always placed the cigarette left-of-center in my mouth. I exhaled on the same side. The result was that I had a deep wrinkle / crease from the left side of my nose to the left corner of my mouth. It's the kind of wrinkle that comes naturally with age, but most people have one each side. I had just the one on the left side. It was kind of odd, to me at least. I always seemed to be smirking in photos.

Now that I've stopped smoking, it's starting to fall out. As i age in every other respect, my face and lungs are healing themselves.

To aid this, I also find it useful not to smile, laugh or outwardly express any emotion.
