the times reported today that while eu immigration has fallen, rest-of-the world immigration has grown. so we aren't even controlling those borders that are non-eu.

    • Yup. I've been saying since the start - the brexiteer bloke in the street is going to be furious when they realise what they've 'achieved'Nairn
    • But, Brits is going to Brit, and no cunt will say anything; Just keep their head down, read the Mail or the Sun and whinge into their pints.Nairn
    • We can replace all those Portugese and Romanian health professionals with Indian developers. It's what we voted for.Fax_Benson
    • move the NHS onlineFax_Benson
    • The non-eu immigrants (Middle East/African) are the ones that will benefit from Brexit...shapesalad
    • as they will simply setup importing businesses, once uk set zero import duties - to bring in their local food/stuff for their large customer base in uk.shapesalad
    • expect to see a growth in Persian rug shops and African mask and trinket shops etc. all imported with zero duties. bought by immigrants on benefits.shapesalad
    • If I was from Middle East, I'd be cheering for Brexit and zero tariffs, I'd be calling my brothers back home and setting up an import business.shapesalad
    • And all the British white brexiters will be steaming mad when their local village shop starts selling a load of dodgy middle eastern products.shapesalad
