    • I NEED your recipesmonospaced
    • At least tell me what noodles to buy. I can’t find plain bulk curly ramen noodles anywhere even online. They always come with flavor packets.monospaced
    • Mono I always use these. Outstanding noodle texture, and a great base flavor of broth. I focus on the toppings man.HijoDMaite
    • The flavor packs are essential tho. I don’t have the luxury or time to make broths.HijoDMaite
    • Why not get the straight ones? As I understand it, straight ramen noodles are what are typically served in Japan.Continuity
    • My Japanese market sells bulk noodles in the fridge. But like I said I focus more on my toppings which I don’t get at ramen shops.HijoDMaite
    • I once made my own broth - boiled pork bones for 24hours.shapesalad
    • Don't get the dry noodle if you can.pango
    • I can get broth, find good miso and making toppings. Tons of Asian shops around me but still not sure what noodles to get. No way I’m using flavor packets.monospaced

    • Btw.m the packs that come with these are not powder flavored msg stuff they come with oils and concentrates two separate ones.HijoDMaite

    • *Wet egg noodles.pango

      pango
    • I didn’t mean it like that pango! Cmon. I’m not ignorant. I heard ramen noodles got their yellow color and texture from alkalines not eggs. That’s all.monospaced
    • Well. Try wet egg noodle. It's gooood!!pango
    • I will! My Chinese friends say Their noodles don’t use eggs as much or the same as Italian style pasta. I’ll look into it more. Looooove ramen.monospaced
    • I looked it up. Traditional Ramen style noodles have no egg. Italian pasta always has egg. https://en.m.wikiped…monospaced
