almost throwing a Bianchi MTB out of the window cause I'm trying for almost two hours to fix the ahead stem...but it's still shaking....I mean I can not get it tight and it's all woobly...

I did this more than one hundred times, worked in a bike shop 5 years and it's the second bike in a month space that I don't know why...I can not tighten that shit.

    I'm losing my mind.

It's a birthday gift and deadline was today...it's almost midnight and I just can't do it...aaaargh!!!!

    why?!

I dissembled everything, cleaned it and kept the assembly order but to no avail...

meanwhile it's no use everything has to be cleaned again cause I'm losing my mind and it already fell down a couple of times.

    WTF?!?!?!?

feel better now...still I'm gonna miss to deliver it in the Birthday and I won't have time until next weekend.

    Fuck me!

    • I just quit. I watched like 20 videos and I know how to do it! I'm gonna skip the party and just disappoint people.oey
    • Missing bottom bearing race on forks?
      Missing a spacer?
Missing the top bearing wedge bit?
Star nut slipping in steerer tube?
      monNom
    • Wobbly means there's not enough stacked outside the steerer for the top cap to tighten. Is this a new build? Did you cut the steerer to fit? Tried a spacer?monNom
    • hey...it's all the same. i always put everything on the table by the right order. i just wanted to clean it. and thanks!oey
