    Musician's Friend just called me to give me a shipping update on my Behringer Model D (on the truck for delivery). They also informed me of a new gear assist program wherein I have been assigned a Musician's Friend representative.

    This person has given me a phone number and email address, instructing me to contact him if I have any order or gear questions from tracking returns, general questions, or usage.

    That's pretty impressive service if it comes to fruition. The only other experience I have had that could compare was with Mackie.

    I once called having a question about my mixer, an employee answered the phone simply saying hello, not expecting a customer call. After a brief discussion regarding where I found the number and why he answered it, he proceeded to flawlessly assist with my issue. (user error)
