Mein Gott, might the House of Lords have just delivered the first stiletto strike against the apparent Brexit consensus?
If there's genuine wavering over something as fundamental as involvement in the Customs Union, might the whole thing have the potential to unravel?
Small steps?
- I always did like The House of Lords - some questioning about how some cunts end up in there, but the general idea of a seperate house made up of non-idiotsdetritus
- who've actually DONE something in their lives is not to be sniffed at.detritus
- But then, this cunt
http://media.breitba…detritus - bloomberg had a good article about clearing houses in the financial industry - it's a royal mess up, lots euro clearing is done in LDN city.shapesalad
- ^ zero arranged/negotiated. Brexit likely would reduce LDN's financial clout and status to that of a small village bank branch. EU not giving anything to UK.shapesalad
- House of Comb Overs it ought to be called...shapesalad
- it's strange how it was once full of hereditary aristos and the left wanted it shut down. It became so toxic for the tories that they didn't notice LabourFax_Benson
- and the Libs filling it with saboteurs.Fax_Benson
- also, the bass player from the Young Knives is called House of Lords.Fax_Benson
