i don't get how the RIAA or however knows that the 600 songs downloaded are copyrighted?
by the titles? id3 tags? or they download the music off him and make sure that it's copyright material
if it's the latter aren't they breaking the law as well -?
i know chances are that buddy was downloading copyright material but just because I have an mp3 labelled Prince or even Purple Rain - doesn't mean it's the actual Prince file
am i making any sense - how can they prove he's downloaded illegal mp3's - without downloading them themselves
or is okay to download illegal mp3s in order to prosecute someone??
