one idea we had was to set up 'roaming' pirate servers for web radio/streaming.
something that couldn't easily be pinned down or tracked on the net, but that people could access with special p2p software and listen to music freely.
highly illegal though, because you're supposed to pay 3 or more licensing agencies for music rights.
i know, i work for a company that owns 7 radio stations.
our second idea was along the same lines but it would be a privatized internet. small pockets of servers, not aligned with any certain provider/isp or backbone - but instead relied on p2p communication and custom browsers to display web sites and such.
