    It's interesting to watch this hype around bitcoin nowadays. It's sad to see that majority of people look at this as something: "buy early cheap, sell later, party hard". That's not how creator(s), early adapters imagined bitcoin many years ago.

    I personally was fascinated with the technology and the concept when I discovered it in 2011. It was so groundbreaking for me that I convinced my wife to start accepting bitcoins in the creperie she opened in DUMBO previously.

    In fact we were one of the first in the world physical locations that accepted Bitcoin.

    The first bitcoin conference also kicked off in that Creperie.

    There is a big mystery surrounds our first sale. Maybe I share it one day.
