oh, it is a camera? you don't move the camera like that
you should parent it to a null and animate the null, leave only Z position for the camera
everything else should be animated on the null
to fix overshooting, right click your keyframes and go "Keyframe Interpolation" and then set "Linear" at "Spatial Interpolation"
