That whole line of argument is so absurd anyway..."criminals won't follow the law."
So I guess if you follow this to its conclusion nothing should be illegal because some people will break the law.
The funny thing is there's a very good parallel to this when it comes to immigration. I don't think any country in the world has been able to reduce the level of illegal immigration to zero.
No matter how many border guards and walls you put up SOME people will still get across...so therefore there should be no immigration laws according to the same logic.
