- @mono We get the base model from the architects with a guide for the materials - plaster, metals, stone etc. The materials are replaced with our hi-res versionsface_melter
- ...with proper bump and spec. mapping. Then we fix the lighting to whatever - day/night/sunrise/su... Render it out, fix any visual problems, render again.face_melter
- Then I do a lot of post work - colour grading, contrast, exposure, reflections in the glass, people etc. I added the interiors, bushes, leaves, signs in 3D.face_melter
- There's other stuff like setting the camera ISO/f-stop, focus length. But the image is part of a package to sell the building - my colleague did a terrace imageface_melter
