i think what it all comes down to is being comfortable with sharing ideas instead of being stingy bitches. if youre truely great.. you'll still be truely great even if you help someone else become great too. and im not just talking about giving away trade secrets either.
it seems like the only people who help each other out are a small.. tightly knit group of people and they never let anyone else in their little circle. and.. well piss on that! it's so 10th grade.
