We can disagree on immigration, health care etc but what is almost impossible to understand is how anyone can still believe Trump is someone that you can trust.

He is constantly bullshitting and contradicting himself in almost cartoonish fashion...going back years to the birth certificate thing with Obama...all the way to saying three million illegal immigrants voted and other ridiculous claims based on nothing.

Would love a non-trolling explanation of this by one of the Trump supporters here. What is the sequence of logic that leads you to think Trump is telling the truth while everyone else is lying??

    • They know he's not telling the truth but they don't care they love the fact that he says and does whatever he wants to_niko
    • It's extremely simple, we ALL know politicians lie through their teeth. Trump is too naive a politician to lie, instead he's unfiltered and says what he feels.robotron3k
    • It's kinda like the 'angry loner kills seven at K-Mart' type mindset. The world is against them so society must pay because I'm one the chosen people.monoboy
    • You know, mental illness.monoboy
    • </joking> ...a little.monoboy
    • robotron that doesn't really make any sense because he does lie constantly. Being unfiltered is not the same thing as making shit up.yuekit
    • It's the same in the UK. You here 'the left behind' a lot. They often tend to be men, 50+ that are surplus to requirements. And cant handle the thought that..monoboy
    • so sick of this politically correct language policing. You mustn't call him stupid. It's 'unfiltered' now. Typical PC Trump supporter.Fax_Benson
    • grow some balls, buttercup.Fax_Benson
    • the world doesn't owe them a status above another simply because of birthright.monoboy
    • I have sympathy, but they're putting the blame and the solution in entirely the wrong place.monoboy
    • "Trump is too naive a politician to lie" - pmslfadein11
    • Let's first start with where you get your bullshit and contradictions from. And then look at the lying trolls who support that to a point with lies and hoaxes.
      ********
    • Minus your political views, inaccurate historical leans, add in racial bias, and your social justice war cries. In the end, don't trust words. Trust Action.
      ********
    • He gets them every day from Trump's tweets, spoken records, and from his press secretaries, and people around him. It's daily, and none of it is a hoax.monospaced
    • For example, McMaster yesterday said that Trump didn't share any classified info with the Russians on Saturday, and today, Trump contradicted him in a tweet.monospaced
    • That is minus political views, historical leanings, racial bias (really?), and any sort of social agenda. In the end, this is the truth, and I trust it.monospaced
    • The real question is why you, omg, believe the lies, spread the bullshit and contradictions, and then act like a lying troll who supports a fucking retard?monospaced
    • Your turn, bitch.monospaced
    • i think you won that bout mono. unless he's feeling energised after needing a drink earlier lolfadein11
    • sunshine is butt hurt about something, i've no idea what he's referencing. So NSA director says Trump didn't share any classified information. Case closed?
      ********
    • I'm looking for classified information on his twitter and see none that could be said as contradictory. Wild goose chase for nothing.
      ********
    • Trump justified the sharing of classified information with "I have absolute the absolute right to"monospaced
    • if you think we're saying Trump leaked something via Twitter, then you're one stupid motherfucker and should fuck off, because nobody here said thatmonospaced
