- +1 for lightbulbs and smoking in pubs********
- Not restaurants though. Pubs should be allowed to choose to be a smoking pub or not. If you don't like a smoky pub, go to a non-smoking pub.********
- I imagine if that went to vote, most people would choose to keep the smoking ban though. It has it's merits.********
- I do miss sitting in a dark, dingy, smoky old pub nursing a pint of ale and a rolly, though.********
- the smoking ban was in the workplace - not just pubs lol. Can't have some pubs allowing smoking as they are all workplaces.fadein11
- In my suggestion for an ideal world, of course I can have that.********
- Don't want smoke in the workplace? Work somewhere else.********

- I think to be honest if I was genuinely allowed to make the decision for the country, I'd keep the smoking ban. Overall I think it's a good thing.********
- I love that people once smoked on aeroplanes haha********
- smoking ban is one of the best thing that's happened in recent history. Without it non smoking pubs wouldn't be able to compete.scruffics
- that's why smoking ban was brought in, you twat.scruffics
- haha yass... work in the smokeplace. i can get behind that one too.kingsteven
- lol I really am such a fucking stupid, politically ignorant twat for light heartedly suggesting I'd like the option to still smoke a rolly in a pub********
- lol I agree set but as you say all things considered discouraging smoking is prob a good thing.fadein11
- I still smoke by the way. what an idiot.fadein11
- Well I only smoke when I drink & most of the time that's in a pub. I guess if it wasn't for the smoking area though, where would I meet all the drunk slags?********
