  I shared this on FB this morning. It's apparently ruffled the features of the people I know who voted for Trump, as I expected it to. I am steadfast in my belief that if voters had shunned the rise of this in the primaries, we wouldn't be having these conversations. Hate and intolerance would still exist, of course, but they would not have been emboldened by a candidate who turned a blind eye to it, and in many cases, encouraged it.
