We'll admit it: We're suckers for ways to reimagine the political boundaries of the United States.
Below, we have a four-decade-old attempt from California State University geography professor C. Etzel Pearcy.
- it looks like a good idea but i think the details of who wants to be where, one state looses gains resources etc. state laws, etc.yurimon
- some people would feel they gained and other people would feel they have lost. also how would it effect real estate prices? loss/gain.yurimon
- it's as if you didn't read the reasoning behind the rezoning...imbecile
- "He argued that if there were fewer cities vying for a state's tax dollars, more money would be available for projects that would benefit all citizens"imbecile
- but hey, you've proven time and time that you believe your ignorance over all else
*kisses*imbecile - also efficiency in how tax $ is spent. some states eat up budgets with bureaucracy, while other states are pretty efficient like new hampshire.yurimon
- i think ny would have a problem with water if it was divided this way. going to another state for water as its size shape is good in sustaining its populationyurimon
- as its water sources comes from upstate ny.yurimon
