    Get out there and tell the people you want to work for, that you want to work for them.

    I've been wanting to get out of the contract / freelance game and join an agency or something this year.

    I sent out letters of interest along with my cv at the end of May, now three really cool career opportunities in front of me at the moment, two discussed in the last two days:

    A. Print designer for the county (great benefits and all holidays)

    B. Sign painter for a nationwide grocer (great benefits, fun travel, and pride in ownership)

    C. Digital designer for a growing agency wherein I would get bonuses for rolling my current clientele into their agency ($Money$)

    -

    I'm pushing for B, but so many hoops to jump through.

    I love this business and being able to choose the right fit for your future.
