On interviews, how often do you ask or get asked how much money you're looking for?
Don't most employers have set rates? Especially if they've had people in that position before?
Obviously if you have someone amazing and they ask for 5k more, you might give it to them, but would you give someone less than you were budgeting if they suggested it?
