fish penicillin for your home aquarium is the same as human penicillin but you don't need a prescription for it.
so if you don't wanna bother with a doctor and you actually need the stuff you can head to the local pet store and just buy it. just take 125 to 500 mg orally every 6 to 8 hours.
or if like, there's a zombie invasion and all the pharmacies are cleaned out, you're still good.
