    I wonder if that will buy him any friends. Everything I've ever read about him says that he has hardly any friends in the pro snowboarding community because he's such an outcast, or because he's only about contests. I've said before that his outward persona is the antithesis of what snowboarding's about: hanging with friends, having a good time, enjoying the snow, forgetting everything for a while to enjoy riding. He's never once given off the vibe in interviews or videos that he knows how to do that.
