- i knocked out 11 teeth and collapsed my pallet in a very similar way. But I was going a double back tuck into a foam pit and over rotated.shellie
- I am still trying to figure out what went wrong. maybe the wrong angle. too much speed..sureshot
- @sureshot she bailed out. after her rotation she's supposed to pull upward from the chest, then chin, then looking forward. Helps u keep moving forward/up.shellie
- Also She pretty much threw her body down. If you see she's supposed to rotate higher at hip level. If she was on beam she'd be eating it.shellie
