  This is a pretty natural and comment thing - discovering a better way, more efficient way, etc. (especially in test phase). Best thing to do is do smart coding to start with that is easily changeable... use include files for your AS, use functions as much as you can - reuseable MCs, etc. Same goes with HTML (use CSS as much as you can).

  There's also nothing wrong with being a perfectionist :)
