What is all this terror stuff? Why do they kill people?

God repeats, "do not aggress", multiple times. Only if attacked, is one permitted to fight back. If the other party refrains from aggression and offers one peace, we are told to stop fighting.

[2:190] You may fight in the cause of GOD against those who attack you, but do not aggress. GOD does not love the aggressors.
[2:191] You may kill those who wage war against you, and you may evict them whence they evicted you. Oppression is worse than murder. Do not fight them at the Sacred Masjid, unless they attack you therein. If they attack you, you may kill them. This is the just retribution for those disbelievers.
[2:192] If they refrain, then GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
[2:193] You may also fight them to eliminate oppression, and to worship GOD freely. If they refrain, you shall not aggress; aggression is permitted only against the aggressors.

So the motivation of ISIS or El-Qaida here is simple.
They came to our country, they killed us, they invaded us. This means we're attacked so we have the right to fight back.

From where you are looking from, this motivation might seem right or wrong.
For me it is wrong. Because I don't blame civilians for what happened. But they(terrorists) don't find any other way to reflect their belief.
I may start a campaign in the west for west's atrocities but most of these people are ignorant. And their leaders are puppets.
    Go figure.
