    say you eat a little too much for lunch
    (had a reasonable bowl of ramen w/ pork)
    could/should i just skip dinner?

    • You can, if you're trying to lose weight. If you're worried about skipping, just eat something really light like a banana or an egg.

    • Most important thing is eating fewer calories than you burn, EVERY day. The calorie deficit will add up and the weight will disappear.

    • Gotta be careful about skipping too much, your body will conserve and you won't lose. It sucks. I just go with the 'exercise more and eat well'.formed
