They are complete morons. The last time I went in there one of them asked me point blank if I'd do the job on the side for cash because they didn't want to pay real money for a custom-built web based sales reporting and trend tool. Oh, and another time they called me because we charged them $50 to make about an hour's worth of updates on their site. The lady actually had the balls to say, "that didn't take an hour." I said, "your right. If it had, we would have charged you $125." Here we go again.
