    Buddha - definitely give some thought to a Weber Smokey Mountain. Offset smokers are great, but I'm learning of the cult following with vertical ones because of consistent heat coverage.

    I would love a big steel offset one myself one day though. :)

    • WSM works really well for shoulders, necks, briskets etc, but the last time I cooked I did 6 racks of ribs and I was starting to run out of room.BuddhaHat
