I have read reports where they say the guy cannot be charged with manslaughter because in the normal course of events, a punch will not lead to death.
The fact that the punch caused him to fall to the ground and knock his head on the pavement, leading to his death, should be another to send this guy away for years.
My suspicion is he will receive some light sentence and be back on the job in no time.
