Cygnus,
Here's what I did with Warp > Arc in PS on top, and a screenshot of what detritus did on the bottom. The text in the top version looks far more smooth than his example.
- Ignore the aliased rendering, that's just Illy being crap at live display.detritus
- ..these being screengrabs, not output bitmaps, or whatever.detritus
- I figured something like that. It reminds me of PDF output when fonts have problems. It's all jagged like that.mg33
- But in the top one, the text IS being distorted. Looks stretched to me, and doesnt on the bottom.CygnusZero4

- yep the top version is stretching the text to be fair - looks nasty.fadein11
