UX design is a fairly new job position, and the requirements for that position is pretty fast which makes me feel half the UX folks out there are full of b.s.

    • Well, that sounds great! I'd love designers to manage clients, do user research, organize content, define interactions, create viz design, and throw in coding!studderine
    • Agree set. That's the designers job. Design for design sake is not design. It is about usability. User-centric design. Let's not complicate things hey?rabbit
    • God created the first user experience. It was for Adam to bang all night long.

    • The idea of a UX specific role is weird to me. I've been doing that while incorporating design for the past decade.lvl_13
    • The role is called Interactive Designer. If you want to divide the role into Visual Designer & Interaction Designer and pay for 2 people that's fine by me.lvl_13
    • I look at it as 2 visual designers that can bounce ideas off of one another to make something great.lvl_13
    • Well saidpinkfloyd
