I suffered those symptoms bad in my mouse hand for a while and ended up getting steroid injections into the little tubes in my wrist.

    Bloody scary.

Had it done by my now ex-father-in-law-ex-surgeon. He was about 80 when he did it and had early stage parkinsons. Apparently the target is about 2mm in diameter and is about 10-15mm deep in your wrist. We did the procedure at the kitchen table with him shaking like a leaf and me drinking a very strong drink (or three).

Fortunately it actually worked and I made exercises a regular routine and the pain hasn't returned in the last 10 years or so. Not a recommended fix though!

    • Oh yea this was another option the Dr gave me steroid injections which she suggested would 'most likely' resolve the issue. Do this prior to any surgery.rabbit
    • But in any case, see a specialist Dr, a few simple steps now, save long run pain.rabbit
