    Sorry to hear sea_sea; live by the sword, die by the sword kind of thing, huh?

    We'll all deal with this...

    ...I think this is where:

    1. Diet
    2. Exercise
    3. Meditation/Yoga/Etc.

    ...come into play.

    If you care about your mind/body long term consider each of the above on a hourly, daily, weekly basis. Make small changes that will stick in order to feel the effects; slowly but surely.

    I know an old school graphic designer in my area who's near death (He's 80) and his mind is perfect BUT his body is shot because his business was his hands.

    Be proactive instead of reactive is all I'm sayin'.

    • thank you ideaist, i do understand. been working on changes like diet and exercise. was doing yoga for a while, i think the stretching will help. <3sea_sea
    • Sometimes I think the way we use computers now (sitting at chair all day, using mouse) will seem ridiculous in a couple decades.reanimate
